Combining actual conditions through the satellite imagery analysis and field survey, it was multifaceted approach to actual situation of the target area in the changing process. The feature of ecological restoration and poverty measures of the "Semi-farming Semi-animal husbandry" region of Inner Mongolia had a different effect on the "grazing village ", such as A and C village and "farming village" , such as B village. (1) In animal husbandry villages (A and C), as the result of ecological restoration and poverty measures, grazing land has been reduced, because the increased arable land cannot be irrigated, and cultivation is unstable. In addition, after the ecological immigration policy has been carried out, young migrating people have increased due to causes such as distance from home to cultivated land.
