 note = {Bulletin, This study aims to examine the type of business succession assistance that agricultural coopera-tives can offer to agricultural corporations based on the efforts of “A” Agricultural Cooperative in Hokkaido. A Agricultural Cooperative did not become heavily involved with the corporation until 2014, when it coordinated the establishment of the corporation. In addition, the role of this coordinator is expected to remain the same during business succession. Nonetheless, the coordinatorʼs role may not be fulfilled if too many vendors approach the corporation after its establishment. As a counter-measure, an agricultural cooperative sought to acquire a consulting function; however, not all agricultural cooperatives are capable of doing so. Consequently, federations must also provide corporate support, and each federationʼs potential contribution must be discussed.},
