Pneumoniae) mastitis on dairy farms. Clinical findings, concentrations of acute-phase proteins and cytokines in serum and milk from dairy cows with naturally occurring coliform mastitis were evaluated. The classification values for K. pneumoniae peracute mastitis of dairy cows were respiratory rates of 40 beats/min, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) 19 mg/di, haptoglobin (Hp) in serum and milk of 2000 μg/ml and score >2. The values for total score 8, BUN17mg/dl, serum Hp2000 μg/ml and milk Hp1000 μg/ml and score for prognosis > 2 were considered to be fatal by E. coli peracute mastitis. The values for total score 8, BUN22mg/dl, serum Hp2030 μg/ml, and milk Hp2050 μg/ml and prognosis score >3 were considered to be fatal in K. pneumoniae mastitis. The evaluation of dairy cows with peracute coliform-mastitis by scoring selective measures employed may be valuable for estimating pathogen causing coliform mastitis and its prognosis.}, pages = {121--130}, title = {Escherichia coli および Klebsiella pneumoniae による甚急性乳房炎牛の病態による原因菌の判別と予後評価}, volume = {37}, year = {2012} }
