The concentrations of IL-1β, IL-6, and IFN- γ in serum and whey from E. coli mastitic cows at the onset of mastitis were apparently increased, compared with those of healthy cows. Increased levels of cytokine concentrations in whey were reduced during the mastitis recovery process of. Correlations were found between increased levels of IL-6 in serum and whey and IFN- γ in whey and their characteristic findings in E. coli mastitic cows at the day of diagnosis. These findings suggest that increased levels of cytokine concentrations in dairy cows with E. coli mastitis may be associated with the pathogenesis and their characteristic findings.}, pages = {443--448}, title = {Escherichia coliによる乳牛の甚急性乳房炎における血清中および乳清中サイトカインの動態と臨床症状}, volume = {61}, year = {2008} }
