{"created":"2023-06-19T07:01:25.997777+00:00","id":3143,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"82a72022-7fb5-48fe-8696-6663f8bcf671"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"3143","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3143"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rakuno.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003143","sets":["9:27:28:29"]},"author_link":["8630","8624","8627","1839","8623","8629","8621","8622","8626","8625","4569","8632","8628","8631"],"item_7_alternative_title_22":{"attribute_name":"その他のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"A Survey of Gastrointestinal Parasites and Fascioliasis of Sika Deer, Cervus nippon, from Nara Park, Japan"}]},"item_7_biblio_info_9":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"8","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"12","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"奈良教育大学自然環境教育センター紀要"}]}]},"item_7_description_43":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_7_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2005年と2006年に奈良公園およびその周辺地域に生息する天然記念物ニホンジカ（Cervus nippn，以後，シカとする）における，人獣共通寄生虫の感染状況，感染個体の栄養状態に関する調査を実施した．奈良公園内のシカ15頭の第四胃から結腸までの消化管内寄生蠕虫検査では，日本の他地域に生息するシカから得られた寄生虫と同属種が検出された．また，奈良公園内において40頭のシカの排泄直後に採取した糞における吸虫卵調査では，87.5％の個体から肝蛭卵が検出された．また，14頭のシカの剖検において肝蛭の虫体が見つかった8頭の病理学的検査と寄生状況の調査では，肝臓表面に赤紫の小斑点あるいは蛇行状の病巣などが観察され，割面では胆管の拡張，壁の肥厚がみられた．得られた肝蛭のNADH脱水素酵素サブユニット遺伝子（ND1）およびチトクロームcオキシダーゼサブユニットⅠ遺伝子（COⅠ）の配列はFasciola hepaticaと97%（ND1）と99%（COⅠ）一致し，F.giganticaと95%（ND1）と100%（COⅠ）一致した．1976年の調査でも奈良公園の肝蛭による汚染が指摘されていたが，シカ個体数が約300頭増加した今日も大幅な寄生率の変化はなく高度な汚染が維持されていることが明らかとなった．シカから排泄された肝蛭虫卵はメタセルカリアとなり，ヒトや家畜への感染源になり得ることをふまえて，早急に充分な対策を講じる必要があろう．The population of sika deer （Cervus nippon） in Nara Park has been gradually increased and malnourished deer become recognized. There has been no epidemiological survey on parasite of sika deer from the report of Fascioliasis in 1976. In the current study, we collected carcasses and fecal samples of sika deer in Nara Park from March 2005 to April 2006, to evaluate the relationship between nutritional condition of deer and metazoan parasites. The fauna of the gastrointestinal parasites was examined and there were no significant difference between sika deer in Nara Park and that in other areas. Prevalence of Fasciola sp. in fecal samples of 40 deer was 87.5%. We compared nucleotide sequences of mitochondrial NADH dehydrogenase subunit 1 （ND1） and cytochrome c oxidase subunit I （COⅠ） genes of liver flukes collected from three deer. The ND1 and COⅠ sequences of these flukes were nearly identical to Fasciola
