A decrease in viable count was observed when the organisms were preserved by freezing in compared to preservation by non-freezing. No decrease was observed on preservation in distilled water. The amount of effluent protein from the organisms was greater when preserved by freezing. These results indicate that the urea initially affected the cell membrane protein of C.renale, and subsequent freezing resulted in bactericidal injury to the protein. Therefore, the viable count of C.renale in urine is decreased remarkably when preserved by freezing. 尿素液中でのCorynebacterium renaleの菌数が凍結により減る現象を解明するために実験を行った。非凍結状態での保存では菌数の減少は見られなかったが、凍結状態での保存では生菌数は減少した。蒸留水中の菌数は凍結の有無に関わらず減少しなかった。凍結および非凍結状態に保存した菌液の遠心上清をSDS-PAGEにより解析したところ、凍結保存時の溶出蛋白量は非凍結保存時のそれより多かった。以上の結果より、尿素液中のC.renale生菌数が凍結で著減するのは、尿素が細胞膜蛋白に作用し、さらに凍結により致死的傷害を与えるのであろうと推測した。}, pages = {1--4}, title = {尿素中液中 Corynebacterium renale 生菌数の凍結による影響}, volume = {37}, year = {2011} }
