@article{oai:rakuno.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000492, author = {山川, 政明 and 阿部, 英則 and 岡本, 全弘}, issue = {1}, journal = {日本草地学会誌}, month = {Apr}, note = {Article, 小麦稈の消化性を改善するため,担子菌の一種ヒラタケ(Pleurotus ostreatus)を培養し,消化性に及ぼす効果を検討した。培地は小麦悍およびそれに米ぬかを添加したもので、水分含量を65%に調節し,滅菌した後,ヒラタケTM130026株を培養した。培養期間は15, 30, 60, 75および90日とし,各培地の繊維成分含有率とセルラーゼによる乾物分解率(Ce-DMD)の変化を調べた。その結果,培地の乾物,酸性デタージェントリグニン含有率およびヘミセルロース含有率は培養期間の経過とともに顕著に低下した。 23%であった小麦稈のCe-DMDは培養60日で30ポイント改善され,セルラーゼ可分解乾物重は70%増加した。米ぬかを添加しても,Ce-DMDの改善効果は認められなかった。Pleurotus ostreatus TMI30026 (oyster mushroom) was evaluated for its potential to improve the in vitro degradability of wheat straw. P. ostreatus TMI30026 was incubated on wheat straw and wheat straw with rice bran (10, 30, 50% on a dry matter basis) substrates for 15-90 days at 25℃ and 75% relative humidity. Detergent fiber, acid detergent lignin and dry matter degradability by cellulase were determined. The dry matter, acid detergent lignin and hemicellulose in wheat straw substrate decreased through incubation with P. ostreatus TMI30026. The dry matter degradability by cellulase of wheat straw substrate was improved by 30% and degradable dry matter by cellulase increased by 70% at the end of 60 days through incubation with P. ostreatus TMI30026.
